Join us as we take the training out into the fresh air and enjoy a hot cup of coffee afterwards!
An energizing community collaboration event between YO Studios & Cadence.
Led by our neighbours at YO Studios, we turn up the music and kick it up a notch with 45-minutes of effective circuit training based on bodyweight exercises. This movement session will be outside - but don't worry - you'll be sweaty and smiling by the end of it all the same. The session is designed to suit all levels of ability - and you don't have to be a regular member of YO Studios to join - it's an open-invite session that warmly welcomes new faces too.
After training, as a team, we wander down to Cadence for a delicious, and complimentary, cup of coffee. There will also be pastries, fastelavnsboller and a delicious menu of brunch options for you too, if you're feeling some fuel to re-energize you through your Sunday. This is the perfect chance to connect with like-minded movement lovers in your local area. If the sun's out, we tend to sit outside and enjoy it. But if it's a little grey and wet, Cadence will happily be our refuge too.What to bring: We recommend layering up in clothing that matches the weather - similar to what you’d wear on an outdoor run this time of year. A water bottle may also be a good idea to bring along!
